I made this skirt for my 5yo out of old ties we got for free. It was super easy & super twirly. All things important!

This is actual fabric w/ an actual pattern. Well...except for the star pockets. The pattern called for kitty pockets. I copied the design on the fabric instead. Really fun play dress!
